Our process
How a SiteSculpt project actually runs
From first call to live in about two weeks, then we keep it running. You’ll always know where things stand, and stage three keeps going until you’re happy.
A call
We’ll ask how you get work now, what’s broken about it, and what you want the phone to do. Then we show you sites we’ve built for people in the same position.
It’s a sales call. We didn’t want to dress it up as a “discovery session.” But it’s also where we’ll tell you if neither plan fits — if your site is fine and your Google profile is the actual problem, we’ll say that instead of selling you a website.
- How you get work today, and where it’s leaking
- Which plan fits, or whether neither does
- A look at live sites we run for similar businesses
- A straight answer on cost, on the call
Onboarding
One form: your services, your area, your hours, your photos, and logins to anything you already own. That’s the only homework.
If you don’t have decent photos, say so and we’ll come shoot them. If you don’t have copy, we’ll write it. This is the step that decides whether launch takes ten days or six weeks, so we chase it politely.
- Services, service area and hours
- Photos of your actual work, or a shoot booked
- Domain and Google profile access
- Anything you already pay for that should connect
We build it
Site built, Google profile claimed and optimized, forms wired so leads text you, automations set up if you’re on Scale. Mobile-first, structured for search, tested on real devices.
Then you walk it and tell us what’s wrong. We change it. Then you walk it again. That repeats until you’re actually happy, not “fine, ship it” happy.
- Multi-page site built and tested on real phones
- Google Business Profile claimed and optimized
- Forms and automations wired to your phone
- Revisions until you’re happy with it
Launch call
We point the domain, push it live and submit it for indexing. Then we walk you through it: what the texts look like, where leads land, which button fires a campaign.
It’s about two buttons. We’ll still walk you through it.
- Domain, SSL and indexing handled
- A tour of where your leads now arrive
- Both our mobile numbers
- No portal, no ticket system
We keep it running
Hosting, backups, updates, security and SEO carry on inside the monthly price. Changes to hours, services, photos or pricing are a text message, not a work order.
If something breaks at 7am you’re calling the person who built it, not opening a ticket and waiting in a queue.
- Hosting, backups and security
- Content changes on request
- Ongoing SEO and profile upkeep
- One number, and we answer it
What makes a build run late
Almost always the same thing: we’re waiting on photos, copy, or a decision. That’s not a dig — you’re running a business and this is one more thing on the pile. We’ll tell you up front exactly what we need and chase it politely. And if you’d rather we just wrote the copy and shot the photos ourselves, say so and we will.
Ready for stage one?
Half an hour, costs nothing, and you’ll leave knowing which plan fits and roughly when you’d be live.
